Welcome to CinemaDiary (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between:

NRS Systems & Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our")
Users of the Platform, including Artists, Technicians, Office Staff, Directors, and Producers ("You", "User").

2. USER ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

Users must be at least 18 years old. Minors require parental consent.
Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend accounts.
Users are responsible for their account security and password confidentiality.

3. MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION

Free Membership: Users can create a profile but cannot view contact details.
Paid Membership: Grants access to full contact details.
Payments:
- Fees are non-refundable.
- Subscription plans are subject to change.
- Non-renewal results in loss of premium access.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users must not misuse contact details or harass others.
Prohibited activities:
- Creating fake profiles.
- Spamming or harassing users.
- Uploading copyrighted content without permission.
We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts violating these rules.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE

Users own their content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on our platform.
Users must not upload copyrighted material without permission.

6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is collected as per our Privacy Policy.
Contact details are only accessible to paid subscribers.
Users must not misuse or share contact details for commercial purposes.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

No Guarantee of Jobs: The Platform only facilitates connections but does not guarantee employment.
User Verification: Directors/Producers must conduct their own verification before hiring.
We are not liable for disputes, fraud, or damages between users.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Users can request account deletion, but data may be retained for legal compliance.
We can terminate accounts if users violate these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.
