Users are responsible for their account security and password confidentiality.
3. MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION
Free Membership: Users can create a profile but cannot view contact details.
Paid Membership: Grants access to full contact details.
Payments:
Fees are non-refundable.
Subscription plans are subject to change.
Non-renewal results in loss of premium access.
4. USER CONDUCT
Users must not misuse contact details or harass others.
Prohibited activities:
Creating fake profiles.
Spamming or harassing users.
Uploading copyrighted content without permission.
We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE
Users own their content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on our platform.
Users must not upload copyrighted material without permission.
6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is collected as per our Privacy Policy.
Contact details are only accessible to paid subscribers.
Users must not misuse or share contact details for commercial purposes.
7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
